Notes on Using the AI Assistant

The AI assistant answers general questions about our firm – for example about our range of services, contact persons, opening hours, directions and job vacancies.

No tax or legal advice

The AI assistant does not provide tax, legal or business advice. Advice within the meaning of the German Tax Consultancy Act is given exclusively in person by our certified professionals and only within an existing client relationship. Responses given by the assistant establish neither an engagement nor any liability.

Automated, non-binding responses

Responses are generated automatically. They may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and do not constitute binding information.

No decision with legal effect or comparable significant impact is made solely by automated means.

Please do not enter client-related or sensitive data

Do not enter confidential, client-related or sensitive personal information into the AI assistant. This includes in particular:

  • Tax and financial data (e.g. tax number, tax identification number, revenue and earnings figures, annual financial statements)
  • Payment and bank account details
  • Contract, engagement and accounting documents
  • Payroll data
  • Health data
  • Job application documents
  • Identification documents
  • Access credentials (e.g. passwords, PIN codes)
  • Information about third parties such as employees or shareholders

Our professional duty of confidentiality (Section 57 (1) StBerG, Section 203 StGB) applies to the client relationship. The AI assistant is not a protected channel for client communication. Please use the telephone, e-mail or the digital channels agreed with you instead.

If you require binding information

Please contact us directly – via our contact form, by telephone or using the contact details stated in our legal notice.
